This page describes the use of cookies and similar technologies by Chesspuzzle.club, in accordance with Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
Cookies are small text files that websites save on the user's device. They are used to remember information while browsing (e.g. the nickname of the signed-in user).
Chesspuzzle.club does not use profiling cookies, advertising trackers or third-party analytics, nor tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.
We use only the following technical cookies, which are essential for the service to work:

The cookies listed above are all first-party (set by the chesspuzzle.club domain) and technical: none of them serves to profile the user or to display advertising.
Besides cookies, the browser keeps a few preferences in localStorage . The localStorage is a local memory area of the browser, it is not a cookie and it is never automatically sent to the server:
cp_name — the nickname, so that it does not have to be entered at every visit (same purpose as the cookie of the same name).cp_lingua — the language chosen with the selector at the top right.cp_consent — acknowledgement of the cookie banner.cp_preview_seen — the puzzles already seen in the home page preview, so that they are not shown again.The platform does not set third-party cookies for marketing or statistics. Some external services are however necessary for the pages to work and, by their nature, receive the visitor's IP address:
