By accessing Chesspuzzle.club ("the Platform") you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any of these points, do not use the site.

Original puzzles created by administrators are protected by copyright. The selection, organisation and Elo rating of the puzzles constitute a database protected under EU Directive 96/9/EC (Italian Legislative Decree 169/1999).

Puzzles marked "Lichess (CC0)" come from the public archive database.lichess.org and are distributed under a Creative Commons Zero licence. They remain covered by these Terms as regards access to the service.

4. Administrators' responsibility

Administrators who publish puzzles on the Platform are entirely responsible for the content they publish. The author of the Platform does not review content uploaded by administrators in advance and is not liable for any copyright or other infringements committed by individual administrators.

If you believe that a piece of content infringes your rights, write to us at [email protected] with the details and we will remove it after verification.

5. Personal data

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. An email address is required in order to register, but it is not visible to other players.

6. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Platform at any time, including without notice. Personal data and progress can be deleted at the user's request.

7. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is", without warranty of continuous operation, accuracy of the puzzles, or fitness for any particular purpose. The author is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

8. Jurisdiction

The courts of Bologna, Italy, have jurisdiction over any dispute.

9. Language of these Terms

These Terms are also published in other languages for the user's convenience. In the event of any discrepancy between versions, the Italian text prevails.
